the hotel location was good. the staff members were always ready to help. they upgraded my room to a superior double room balcony free of charge. i appreciate the hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room, this was nice.
the breakfast food did not have a lot of variety. i found the same items were offered every day. i would have appreciated a wider selection at the hotel.

The rooms were modern and clean. They were also very comfortable! the location allowed easy access to city exploration and shopping. the staff showed warm hospitality and readiness to assist. i appreciated mr mert's cute smile and willingness to help.
The wi-fi in my room performed poorly. It only worked well in half the area.

the staff was attentive to my needs. the hotel features a sauna and steam room free for guest use. i appreciated the location since shops and restaurants are only a short walk away.
The wi-fi signal in my room was weak. the air conditioning was not working properly. I had to leave the balcony door open. also, i only received one bath towel when the room was for two guests.
